Kroma Projekts (KP) is a leading live engagement and content creation agency operating across Saudi Arabia, UAE, and Egypt.

Founded in 2016, KP's mission is to transform audience experiences by combining creativity, technology, and impactful storytelling. We specialize in live-streaming, corporate events content, and large-scale entertainment photography and video productions.

2016 // THE EUREKA MOMENT

In 2016, I was in New York, studying photography at the International Centre of Photography (ICP). During a portfolio review, my mentor, Frank Franka, challenged me to think beyond static images. He encouraged me to create experiences that make audiences feel connected in real-time. This was the birth of the idea of “live engagement.”

The Birth of Kroma Projekts

Taking Frank’s advice, I searched for a name that reflected this new vision. Inspired by Goethe’s Theory of Color, the word “Chroma” struck a chord. It represented the vividness and intensity of live experiences. And so, Kroma Projekts was born, with a clear mission: to create live experiences that bring audiences closer to the action, no matter where they are.

2016: The First Big Break

Our first major success came in a damp storage room in Brooklyn, working with MIXMAG and Smirnoff. I shot an event for N.A.A.F.I., edited the images in real-time, and sent them directly to a billboard in Times Square. This project showcased the power of real-time audience engagement (pre-streaming) on a massive scale, and Kroma Projekts began to take off.

2017-2020: Pushing Boundaries

As Kroma Projekts grew, we expanded our reach from music festivals to corporate events, ensuring every project became an immersive experience. We played a pivotal role in market creation in Egypt, introducing industrial companies and ad agencies to live streaming services that had never been offered before. During the global lockdown in 2020, we produced over 40 hours of live-streamed performances, proving that engagement is possible even in the toughest circumstances.

2019: Red Hot Chili Peppers at the Pyramids

In 2019, we reached a career-defining milestone by producing the Red Hot Chili Peppers' live performance at the Pyramids of Giza. This event became the second-largest live-streamed concert at the time, second only to Beyoncé at Coachella. It was the culmination of years of dedication and our commitment to delivering exceptional live engagement on a global stage. It also marked the beginning of our partnership with the multi-Emmy winning 7Cinematics, bringing world-class cinematic production to regional concerts.

2022: Maroon 5 at the Pyramids

In 2022, we continued our streak of iconic events by producing Maroon 5's concert, again in partnership with 7Cinematics, at the Pyramids. This event further solidified our reputation for delivering world-class live experiences in one of the most historic locations on earth.

2023: Travis Scott - Planned for Cairo, Streamed from Rome

IIn 2023, we were set to produce the livestream of Travis Scott’s highly anticipated concert in Cairo. While unforeseen challenges led to the event being moved to Rome, the project demonstrated our ability to navigate complex international streaming events, reinforcing our expertise in delivering high-quality live content. The content created from this literally Earth-shaking event was unforgettable.

2023: Established in the UAE as Spektrum Ventures

In 2023, Kroma Projekts went international. We expanded our operational scope to the UAE with the establishment of our sister company, Spektrum Ventures, extending our reach and potential.

2024: A Regional Presence

Today, Kroma Projekts is proud to announce that we’ve also landed in KSA with an operational base in Riyadh, focusing on regional leadership. With operations now in Egypt, UAE, and KSA, we have established a strong regional presence. Whether it’s livestreaming a concert or producing a corporate event, we make sure your audience feels like they’re part of the action.
